Our organization is resolutely committed to evolving into an anti-racist institution. This commitment is reflected in our endeavors to diversify our senior management, supervisory, operational, and lower management strata. Inclusive anti-racist training has been seamlessly integrated into our onboarding process. Furthermore, we have incorporated Equity as a foundational value underpinning our mission. To amplify marginalized voices, we have introduced new roles aimed at integrating these voices into our workforce, campaigns, and services.
