You’ll work with a graduate-level clinician (MSW or MHC track) who receives 10+ hours of supervision each month, ensuring you’re supported by both your therapist and an experienced clinical team.
 

We offer telehealth therapy across NY, NJ, and MA at a $70 session rate, and we accept Aetna.

How our psychotherapy fellows are trained —

Boundless Fellows are graduate-level clinicians (LMSW or MHC-LP track) working within a highly supported training clinic.They receive ongoing supervision and team consultation, so your care is guided by both your therapist and experienced clinicians behind the scenes.

Fellows are trained in a trauma-informed, relational approach, including:

  • Nervous system–informed care (somatic + mind-body approaches)

  • Parts work and attachment-focused therapy

  • Practical tools from ACT and DBT

Our Fellows are trained in a relational, trauma-informed style of therapy — meaning we’ll pay attention to patterns, nervous system responses, and the story underneath the symptoms, not just quick fixes. Depending on your needs, the work may draw from: - ACT and values-based change - DBT-informed coping and emotion regulation skills - IFS-informed parts work - Polyvagal / nervous system support - Somatic and yoga-informed practices - EMDR-informed trauma work, supported by EMDR-trained supervisors
