We are excited to share that our clinical team is growing! While we’re not actively hiring right now, we anticipate opening a few positions early next year.

 

Boundless is a queer- and South Asian–owned progressive psychotherapy collective built to feel different—for both clients and clinicians . We were founded on the belief that mental health care should be rooted in social justice, equity and accessibility, and that culturally attuned care is not the exception but the standard . Our model prioritizes connection and trust: every client is known, every therapist’s voice matters, and no one is left to navigate care alone .

 

If you hold a LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, MHC‑LP, MFT‑LP or LCAT license and feel aligned with our values—relational, evidence‑based and collaborative care —we’d love to hear from you. At Boundless, we honour the unique identities and lived experiences you bring to this work and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds . We care deeply about cultivating an environment where therapists can practise with integrity, receive consistent supervision and professional development, and have the space to show up fully for their clients.
