Our 16-week DBT Skills Group is designed for adults seeking practical, research-backed tools for managing distress, regulating emotions, and building healthier relationships. You’ll learn core DBT modules—Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness—in a space that’s both clinically grounded, inclusive and culturally attuned.

 

$85 per session | In-network with Aetna

We also verify out-of-network (OON) benefits and submit claims on your behalf, so you can focus on healing—not paperwork.
