A little about how I work.
There is strength in the space between struggle and healing, where your story is honored, your pace is respected, and your inner wisdom is welcomed. Many of us move through life carrying roles, expectations, or responsibilities that have shaped how we show up in the world. Whether these come from family, culture, identity, or lived experience, they can impact how we relate to ourselves and to others.
In our work together, we’ll explore the parts of your story that have influenced who you are, while also making room for the parts of you that want to emerge. You don’t have to have the “right words” before starting therapy. You can come exactly as you are - confused, overwhelmed, curious, hopeful, or unsure, and we will make sense of things together.
I am an integrative psychodynamic therapist with training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Some sessions may focus on body-based grounding techniques and coping skills, others on deeper insight and emotional processing, and sometimes we simply slow down together and create space to breathe. Your voice sets the pace, and we tailor the work to what feels most supportive in the moment. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, relational and attachment challenges, identity exploration, and mood or personality disorders, including Bipolar Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). I also support clients who often feel like the “strong one”, the caretaker, the problem-solver, the one others rely on, helping them find a place to land.
Together, we can understand why you feel what you feel, learn how to navigate it with compassion, and shift patterns that no longer serve you so you can build a more grounded and aligned relationship with yourself. I welcome you to schedule a free 25-minute consultation, where we can connect, explore your goals, and reflect on how therapy can support your growth and well-being.
