A little bit about how I work.

Do you ever catch yourself feeling like you’re too much—or not enough? Maybe this shows up in your relationships, in how you react, or in how you see yourself, even when you don’t fully understand why.

I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating the impact of childhood trauma, attachment patterns, and emotion dysregulation. Many of the patterns we struggle with—like anxiety in relationships, fear of abandonment, or emotional shutdown—once served as tools for survival. But what helped in the past can sometimes hurt us in the present.

Together, we can begin to understand where these patterns come from and work toward making them feel more supportive, flexible, and sustainable in your everyday life. I believe therapy is a space for both understanding and change. My approach is rooted in attachment and emotion regulation, integrating psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based practices.

Before exploring the past, I prioritize helping clients build a sense of safety, nervous system grounding, and a more coherent sense of self. I aim to create a space that feels warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, while also being direct and gently challenging when needed. I believe growth happens when we feel both supported and encouraged to look a little deeper.

I approach this work through a lens of cultural humility, curiosity, and client-centered care. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—your experiences, identity, and perspective matter. As someone who identifies as neurodivergent, I understand the complexity of navigating a world that may not always feel aligned. I also believe there is strength in that experience, and I hope to help you learn how to work with yourself rather than against yourself.

I invite you to take this first step toward change with me.
