We are currently offering a weekly Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills for Emotional Mastery group. Develop skills to regulate your emotions, tolerate distress, improve your relationships, and embody presence with mindfulness.

At Boundless, we are dedicated to providing a safe environment where people can come together to find authentic connection and support.

Each group focuses on its own specific topic so that you can find mutual support with others who may have similar experiences. You are welcome to join multiple groups at once and although it is recommended that you engage in individual therapy simultaneously, it is not required for all groups.
