Our 16-week DBT Skills Group is designed for adults seeking practical, research-backed tools for managing distress, regulating emotions, and building healthier relationships. You’ll learn core DBT modules—Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness—in a space that’s both clinically grounded, inclusive and culturally attuned.
$85 per session.

From Tension to Safety
A Guided Nervous System Reset Through Body Awareness (Workshop)
Who this is for:

For adults experiencing stress, anxiety, or chronic tension.

No prior experience needed. Camera optional.
Practices will include:
• Interoceptive body scan (noticing tension, ease, temperature, pressure)
• Micro-movements to release held activation
• Grounding self-contact (hand-on-heart, supportive touch, containment)
• Orienting to internal cues of safety and support
• Guided imagery for regulation and settling
• Brief integration and reflection
