HOW I WORK

I believe that change is possible—even when the path forward feels uncertain. As human beings, we carry an innate drive to live in alignment with our values, yet it’s easy to lose our way when life feels heavy, unclear, or overwhelming. My aim is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your sense of purpose, curiosity, and capacity for growth.
I believe that you hold the answers within you, and that therapy can be a collaborative space to explore those truths. As both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Nurse, I integrate contemplative tools, creativity, and present-moment practices to support you in reconnecting with yourself. Through dialogue, play, and reflection, we’ll work to identify the small but powerful shifts that can move you closer to the life you want to live.
I am a relational, integrative therapist who honors the full complexity of your experience. My background includes working with individuals navigating trauma, burnout, chronic illness, family estrangement, relationship conflict and the nuanced identities of being a first-generation American. I see our relationship as a key part of the healing process, and I strive to create a space of safety, compassion, and authenticity where your voice leads the way.
My approach is present-focused, flexible and values-driven. I incorporate existential and narrative perspectives while drawing on the arts, metaphor, and moments of humor to support deeper insight and resilience. With training in EMDR, ACT and Mindfulness - together, we’ll explore how the systems around you shape your inner life—and how you can begin to live with more integrity, agency, and intention.
Life may be complex and messy, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. In our work together, we’ll co-create a path that feels grounded and meaningful to you. Healing isn’t about fixing what's broken—it's about remembering your wholeness. If you're feeling ready to begin, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
