Maximizing your benefits for affordable therapy
You may have OON mental health benefits included in your health insurance plan, which can help you cover most if not all of the cost of therapy, ranging from 60-90%. This means that you could be reimbursed 90% for a session that costs you $200, which shakes out to be as low as $20 per session!
