Struggling with boundaries, reactivity, people-pleasing, relationship conflict, or overwhelming emotions? This group offers practical, research-backed tools for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness in a supportive and clinically grounded space.
Participants will learn how to navigate intense emotions, communicate more effectively, and build healthier, more sustainable relationships with themselves and others.

Trauma-Informed Group for Adults Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse | NY
Starting August 26th, 2026
This trauma-informed somatic group is designed for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse seeking a safer, more connected relationship with themselves and their bodies.
Through a combination of grounding, nervous system regulation, skill-building, and guided processing, participants will learn how to build safety and stability before gently exploring and processing trauma in a supported, clinically grounded space.
