We’re a specialized team of South Asian therapists with a deep passion for what we do.
We help you find your voice in the present by untangling you from the shackles of the past.

Therapy is direct, human, & designed for progress that you can actually feel.
We work best with clients who want depth, consistency & partnership in this work.
What brings our South Asian clients to therapy.
Rumination & panic take their toll. We help calm the cycle & find steadiness in your body.
When life feels disconnected, it’s hard to keep going. Therapy helps you rediscover meaning.
Stuck in the same conflict-loop? Therapy helps you find healthier patterns of connection.
Being queer & navigating culture can feel isolating. We create space for all of who you are.
Burnout & Professional Stress
The push to succeed can turn into burnout. We help you find balance without losing drive.
Migration & generational divides can leave you adrift. We help you process grief & find belonging.
Old wounds don’t stay buried, they shape us. We use EMDR & somatic therapy to create lasting change.
The South Asian family system is complex & layered. We help you honor your parents, without abandoning yourself.

How we approach South Asian therapy at Boundless
Every story starts with safety.
Your first few sessions will focus on building trust & getting to know you — not just your struggles, but your strengths, values, & the systems you’ve been shaped by.
You set the pace.
At Boundless, we won’t push you to open up before you’re ready. Whether you’re exploring identity, processing trauma, or learning boundaries, therapy unfolds at a pace that honors your nervous system & your story.
We bring culture into the room — not just cope around it.
We don’t ask you to explain your culture, justify your choices, or “fix” your family. We help you understand how generational patterns, guilt, silence, & resilience show up — & what healing might look like for you.
Therapeutic frameworks we use in our work:
We listen closely, challenge gently, & collaborate with you to move toward the life you want. We often use:
